Please make a note of the below points regarding our booking, cancellation and refund policy.

as the studio is running at reduced capacity it becomes even more important that cancellations & fair use policies are applied.

  • Classes must be booked in advance through the site or “Wellness Living” app.

  • All refunds will be in the form of credit to your “Wellness Living” account.

  • Cancellations for classes must be made a minimum of 4 hours before the start in order to receive a full refund in the form of credit on the “Wellness Living” account. Late cancellations will lose their session credit.

  • We operate a strict £5 penalty for classes booked but not attended. These “no shows” affect the ability of others to practise so we kindly request you cancel or attend. Any session not attended is taken from your booking, monthly members will be charged an additional drop-in class fee.

  • We ask for students to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start-time so as not to disturb others. Teachers will be on site at least 15 minutes before the class begins Please note if you are late and the door is locked you will not be allowed entry to the class. No refunds will be offered & you will be charged the £5 “no show” fee and lose the session booked, monthly members will be charged the "no show” fee & an additional drop-in class price.

  • Class passes are valid for the specified period after the date of the first class taken. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one month extension pass is available to purchase and can be used only once per pass.

  • Our “Intro Offer” deal is strictly limited to one per customer & is only valid for the first class taken at the studio- it cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Any individual found to be taking advantage of the Intro Offer will have their account suspended & will be charged the drop-in rate for any classes used under it.

  • Any classes not attended on the intro offer, or those that are cancelled late, will be charged a £5 penalty. Future sessions on the pass may be cancelled until payment is made.

  • Those using the waitlist function for popular classes who then use their credit for another booking will be charged a £5 admin fee on top of the price of a drop-in class. Please cancel from the waitlist if you aren’t happy to wait.

  • Any penalty charges will be added to your “Wellness Living” account & must be paid before further classes can be booked.

  • Occasionally teachers change at short notice, no refunds will be given if a cover teacher is available.

  • Workshops have a 3-day cancellation period. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. In certain circumstances it is possible to transfer your place to someone else please email hello@bindyoga.co.uk and we will see if it is possible. Cancellations are to be made via our online booking system only. No cancellations can be accepted by email or telephone.

  • Private Classes must be booked and paid for 48hours in advance. They have a 24hr cancellation policy. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. All cancellations should be made via email.

  • Bind accepts no responsibility for items brought into the studio.    

  • Please check that you are signed up for cancellation & waitlist notifications on your “Wellness Living” account and that emails do not go into your spam folder. We do not accept responsibility for missed communications.

  • Booking a class at the studio confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
