What class is best for a total beginner?

Beginners are welcome to practise in the specific beginner level classes, but may also enjoy the Hatha, Gentle Flow or even regular “Flow” sessions. It all depends of fitness levels and general goals. All teachers offer modifications & cues to make the practise accessible to all, but a “Dynamic Flow” or “Ashtanga” class requires a moderate level of fitness & an understanding of the basic poses is an advantage.

I have a pass/Intro Offer but when I try to make a booking its asking for payment?


All passes and offers work from the first class booked so if you choose to attend an earlier class the pass won’t be recognised & it will ask for additional payment.

Please make sure to book the earliest class you want to take first- then you can book sessions in any order.

If you’ve already made a booking & want to amend the start date of your pass you need to cancel all bookings, then restart the process from the earliest date.

Why is my pass or offer showing complete or expired when I haven’t been to all the classes?

If classes aren’t cancelled within the cancellation window it will still be deducted from the pass. No shows also count towards the block.

Intro offers start from the first class booked and if not cancelled, or the session isn’t attended, the offer still starts.

We strongly recommend that you attend all classes booked or cancel your space in order to make the most of your purchases.

WHy can’t i enter my card details?

This is an issue the software team are aware of when purchasing through our timetable link.

how do I Cancel a class?

Desktop:

  • Login to your account

  • Go to the “My Schedule” tab

  • Find & select the upcoming class

  • Select “Cancel” from the action column, or by selecting the red popup button

  • App:

  • Go to “My Schedule” from the main menu

  • Find the upcoming class & select

  • Confirm cancellation selected

WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?

If you know you have funds available, this is probably because the bank authentication process wasn’t completed. After a few attempts your card may then be blocked.

Please follow the instructions from your bank to complete checkout securely & ensure your address & postcode match the details the bank holds for you. Unfortunately any issues with this are out of our hands.

How does the waitlist work?

If classes are full we now allow a waitlist where you can join the queue for the class.

If you are promoted into the class you’ll receive a text & email informing you of this up to 1 hour before it starts- this is why it’s important that we have your correct details.

If 1 hour doesn’t give you enough time to get to class, or you change your mind earlier please cancel your space as if you are added to the class & don’t attend it will count as a “no show” & the session will be forfeit.

If you remain on the waitlist & aren’t promoted into the class your credit will be returned to your Wellness Living account for use another time.

what do i need to bring?

We are allowing the use of shared props, but would still strongly recommend that for hygiene reasons you do bring your own mat if possible.

You don’t need anything fancy.

Wear clothes that are comfortable, bring some layers to make sure you’re never too hot or cold (& a bottle of water is always a good idea so you stay hydrated.)
 

what if i’m running late?

To respect the others in class we lock the doors once the sessions have started. If you arrive and the door is locked entry will not be permitted. No refunds for this session will be given- please see our Terms & Conditions for more details
