If you’re pretty active and have an idea of basic poses you could step it up a notch & try these:

Vinyasa Flow- creative linking of movement and breath working on strength, balance & flexibility.

Pilates-a system of exercises to strengthen the core & provide better balance & stability in the body.

Barre- a combination of ballet, yoga and pilates that help to sculpt, tone and strengthen.
